Description
This performs very similarly to White Sonora. Not suitable for bread baking unless combined with a higher gluten wheat like hard red or hard white, this mild flavored flour is wonderful for baked goods like pastries, pie crusts, cookies, cakes, pancakes, muffins, etc. Freshly milled soft white wheat flour is a delicious flavor boost and a big nutritional boost as well. Use in any non yeast baking. You can use 100 percent soft wheat, or half soft wheat and half all purpose flour.
